No, Grandparents do not have the same rights to visitation as a mother or father who are divorced or, who don't reside together if they were never married. A typical visitation schedule for a non-custodial natural parent would be something along the lines of "Every Other Weekend",with "Alternate Holidays" and "Extended Summer Visitation". Grandparents do not get this, and you are pretty much at the mercy of the natural parent or parents when it comes to a visitation schedule similar to this.
